What do you think is the first thing I often ask my clients when they’re wondering how to get back with their ex?...
I usually ask...
“When’s the last time you ate something?”
Often when I meet them, they’re in shock, so they can’t bear to put any food in their stomach.
It’s natural to feel this way.
See, a relationship is a LIVING thing.

So when he walks out, it doesn’t FEEL like a part of us has died... A part of us really HAS died.

“Should I just go over there unexpectedly and see if we can smooth things out?”
And it’s completely natural.
When your apartment is full of things that remind you of him…
When you can’t even open your phone or IG without seeing photos of the two of you together...
When you just wish he was there to share your feelings and listen to what you are going through.
And then there’s the most insidious thought of all:
“How could he leave me after swearing he loves me?”
There are so many reasons for this intrusive, unhelpful thought.
It’s true, some men are quick to switch relationships these days. They treat Tinder like a sweet shop and relationships like a new pair of jeans... “If it doesn’t fit, I’ll just take it back.”
But actually, the urge to leap on Tinder and play the field is far less common than you might think.
It’s much more likely your ex was afraid to get deep into a relationship, or he can’t face the mistakes he made.
If we want to get to the bottom of this and find out what’s happening, it’s vital to start asking the right questions immediately.
So many of the women I help immediately ask me, “Just tell me how to get him back?”
I understand.
If we could bring them back, we would.
But I want to give you a better question to ask.
A question that flips the script and puts you in the power position…
Because remember…
You ARE also the prize.
When your ex walked out, they didn’t escape to freedom.

Without further ado, here’s the question.
“Should I even LET him come back?”
I know...
It seems a crazy question to ask.
But here’s the thing:
Step 1: You MUST stop being needy.
He’s not in control.
You are.
While you're waiting for a sign from him, you’re going to start to develop this feeling of being needy and wanting to be seen.
This drives men away.
But be careful.
You have to do this the right way if you want to avoid disaster.
